The National Heroes' Day
It is a national day in Romania dedicated to the commemoration of men and women who died while serving in the armed forces. By Decree-Law no. 1693/4 May 1920, it was established that this day be celebrated every year on the occasion of the Ascension Day, Romania became the first country to commemorate foreign and Romanian heroes on the same day. The STINDARD Association is involved in the development of programs dedicated to this national day.
The National Anthem Day
It is officially celebrated on July 29. On this day, during the Revolution of 1848, ″ Wake up Romanians! ″ was officially sung for the first time. The Day of the National Anthem of Romania was established in 1998, by Law no. 99/1998, which stipulates that this day will be marked by the public authorities and by the other state institutions, by organizing evocative and scientific cultural-educational programs and events.
The National Flag Day
The day of June 26 was proclaimed the National Flag Day by Law no. 96 of May 20, 1998. According to the law, this day will be marked by public authorities and other state institutions by organizing cultural and educational programs and events, evocative or scientific, dedicated to the history of the country, as well as by specific military ceremonies. , organized within the units of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Interior.

STINDARD Association is involved in activities for the arrangement, protection, conservation and enhancement of cemeteries and war memorials, Romanian and foreign.
ON THE TRACE OF THE ROMANIANS FROM SIBERIA
The Stindard Association is involved in the search for former political detainees in Bessarabia and Bukovina. After their release from Soviet camps, most did not have the right to return home.
SUPPORTING THE NATIONAL IDENTITY OF ROMANIANS FROM UKRAINE
The Stindard Association is involved in activities for the affirmation and promotion of the Romanian ethno-cultural identity of the Romanian historical localities in Ukraine, in projects marking the ethnic origin and the antiquity of some villages and churches – historical monuments of the Romanians from Herţa, Mogoşeşti, Becești and Fundoaia. , and others (today in Ukraine)
